Pentaservice s.r.l. is formed in 1992

The founding member with over thirty years experience in the rubber sector wanted to create a dynamic and highly automated company working in highly technological sectors that could give valid technical aid to companies operating in high technology sectors and developed projects, ideas, small production series, that big companies with a big production structure wouldn't have convenience to realize.

One of the most appreciated products of Penataservice s.r.l. is the SUPPORT for INSULATED PIPES made with a sandwich of polyurethane at high density and closed-cell expanded rubber.

This product carries the weight of a warning pipe system or air conditioning with rubber insulation or other elastic insulators. The insulation tends to get compressed, this caused by the weight of the pipe system, reducing the insulation effect.
The support used as a stand, prevents the insulation from being compressed and in this way the defect is removed.
The sandwich is cut with a pantograph with computerized numeric control for the elaboration (drafting) and assemblage of any kind of shape or diameter that the client requests.

Recently Pentaservice s.r.l. acquired two new pantographs with numeric control for the realization of rubber washers, leather, nonwoven fabric, composite material and even metals with different thickness, steel, marble, granite and ceramics.

They are water jet cutters with pure water at very high pressure (about 4.000 bar) and also water mixed with an abrasive substance that permits the cutting of any material, even the most resilient.

Any design made on the electronic drafting machine with CAD-CAM, and inserted in the memory of the industrial computer with numerical control, permits the reproduction with absolute fidelity (really minimum cutting tolerance) any project, design, requested by demanding clients.

PENTASERVICE s.r.l. produces supports of any dimension and diameter, adhesive pipes, precut pipes, custom cut pipes of really minimum cutting tolerance, cutting and assembly of rubber curves, rubber and lead Y-branches, rubber washer for the air conditioning sector, and any other kind of material with particular designs and of difficult realization and of high costs for the constructors of hollow punches.
